Warren is located in southeast Huntington County within three miles of major highways (I-69) and State Roads 3, 5, 124, and 218) and has two exits off Interstate 69 making it ideal for future industrial development. This industrial park has 50 acres with city utilities in place. The town is located 35 miles south of Fort Wayne and 83 miles north of Indianapolis.
The industrial location is convenient and draws quality employees from the local Huntington County workforce as well as the neighboring societies of Wells, Grant, Wabash, Blackford, and Allen.
The community's location puts it within a 24-hour truck drive of 80 of the top 100 United States markets and at the very center of the automotive manufacturing industry. The Fort Wayne General Motors Truck Assembly plant is located 18 miles north of this park on Interstate 69.
