Rails, roads and the Wild West.  Andrews, on Huntington County’s west side, takes its location seriously—its annual Andrews Rodeo is a not-to-be-missed event.  For industrial developments, Andrews’ location is ideal as well.  The Norfolk & Southern Railroad bisects the downtown and the US-24 Hoosier Heartland corridor is on Andrews’ north boundary.  The community has a newly upgraded water and sewer system.  The community’s family-friendly feel is enhanced by a beautiful new elementary school and its proximity to the Salamonie Reservoir State Park.  Development sites with rail are available.
